A note from Michael
I spent more than five years in banking, and one lesson stayed with me. In a growing business, reaching customers and following up with them matters more than almost anything else. I also saw what that work costs the people who do it. Making call after call and hearing "no" again and again wears even the best employee down.
I started Upgrade Yard to take that weight off. We build systems that keep up with every request, follow-up, and returning customer, so the business keeps growing and your team doesn't burn out.
My background is in finance and accounting. For years I've helped people in my community make careful decisions about growing what they've built, and I bring the same care to every business we work with.
I came to Central Texas from New York and settled in Georgetown. In the years since, I've watched the Greater Austin area grow into a major metro, much like the one I grew up in. The businesses here are growing with it, and they deserve tools that can keep pace.
